Q What type of operation/cuisine/style of restaurant do you see yourself working at in the future? Who are your customers going to be? Do they have the disposable income to support your operation?
Judging by the current condition of the society due to the pandemic, I am now aware of the type of restaurant I see myself working in the future. It will definitely be a Chinese cuisine restaurant because I am personally very interested in Chinese cuisine and eating styles. In fact, I have done a lot of studies about them which makes me believe that I will be able to do justice to my work. Apart from the basic needs, many have been added to the list because of the pandemic.
