I think that you can learn a lot about a person through Facebook. You can learn what types of people they hang out with. You can learn what inappropriate or appropriate things they do in there spare time. You can learn what types of activities they do and what things they like to play with. For example, they might have a picture of them holding or shooting a gun or maybe an X-rated picture of them using a vibrator. After observing these pictures, you may not want this potential candidate representing your company.
