The biases of teachers can often affect the behaviors of students as well. If the students change their attitude, their motivation and their self esteem due to negative behavior cues of the teacher then that can be a very negative influence of the teacher on the learner. The learners always count upon their teachers and their guidance and appreciation, teacher’s appreciation brings ability to form a sturdy self esteem as well as good for of behavior that can support the well being of the teacher and the student.
