Q After working in laboratories for several years I understand first hand the importance of collaborative efforts in any science project. Sometimes we are lead to blieve that Science will uncover all of the knowledge or secrets of the natural world. But we must remember that native people have been living off the land for centuries and know the ecosystem better than any scientist can possibly describe. The plant that has always been present in my culture is hibiscus tea also known as Agua de Jamaica.
