For the higher levels of any organization, it will not be possible to train them by giving them study materials. They will possibly have no time to go through the materials. For this reason, I believe that it will be better to arrange workshops to train them. Moreover, the employees will be able to learn about something through the study materials. In the workshop, the employees will be able to learn practically which will help them more to improve their skills. In this matter, the management needs to motivate the employees as much as possible. I believe the employees often lack the mentality to learn something new especially when there are already hired.
