This current research paper is focusing on the health problems among the business people. It is found from a recent study that the health status of the business people is not very satisfactory and sometimes this rate is much below the expected level. In case, it continues, the businessmen will be weaker day by day. Actually, people doing business, do not have much physical activity bit they need it to think about it for a long time. It indicates that along with physical health, the mental health of the employees is also getting worse. The workplace needs to have some fitness programs so that the workers can stay fit. A fit worker contributes to the benefit of their company but an unfit and unhealthy employee cannot serve in this way. It is true that mental pressure on the employees is much right now and their organization needs to promote wellness programs for the benefits of the businessmen.
