The founders have definitely done a great job here but we have to agree that there are some areas that are having a bit imbalance. For example, police sometimes are seen to have excessive power and sometimes it is seen that they are prone to misuse their power. It is definitely not a frequent case, but I feel that this area needs some modification. In addition to that, the difference of power among the central governments and state government is much noticeable. The federal government is enjoying much power and in comparison to that state government is not having much power. An improper balance can be found in the segment of law enforcement. The division of power is not at all balanced. I think that the rest of the factors is properly balanced.
