I am posting my response in connection to first question. There is no doubt that employee is having a wrong opinion about homeless people and I need to assign employee something that can change his or her opinion. I believe that it will not be an easy task because I have to change perception of an individual and that perception is deep-rooted within that person. I will assign the task of studying daily life of 2 or 3 homeless people. It will show their struggle for simple means of life, such as food and shelter. The employee will see how they struggle to earn the bread. Along with this, the employee will be able to understand how many people actually help the homes people and how many people do not at all pay any attention to their problems. This primary research will show the employee how these people are treated by others.
