The first thing that is required mentioning here is that noncustodial fathers can pay for child support and it can be said that they should pay for their child even if they are not legally entitled to have the custody of their children. However, whether the non-custodial fathers should be forced to pay child support is a steady topic of debate. I believe the decision should be taken according to the financial condition of the guardians who have the legal custody or in-charge of the child.
