Q How did lives change as a result of the Revolutionary War and the push toward independence? Who was most invested in the movement and what groups of people remained loyal to the British government?
The Revolutionary War changed a lot for the colonists. Their lives changed to a great extent that pushed them towards their independence. The colonists were inexperienced when it came to military tactics and with that disadvantage they were still ready to face the strongest military power at that time. The main motivation behind this courage was the extent of oppression that they faced from the British. The Britain was taxing the colonists too much in order to finance their national debt which they war in because of the Seven Years’ War.
