First lets us understand what a shared value is. Shared values are values of the organization and are usually developed by the organization’s leadership and then adopted by the other members of the organization. These values are said to be shared and followed by all the members of the organisation and it can be said that there is a large part of the contribution of other members of the organisation for acting on behalf of the organisation. In this way the shared values are established in an organisation.
