Hello classmates, Do I get enough sleep? I will have to say, I get more than enough sleep. Due to quarantine, I now get a full eight hours of sleep. Recently, I had to stop myself from sleeping in so late. I began to realize it was getting much more harder to wake up in the morning. However, the good thing the sun peaks right through my bedroom windows. The bright sunlight shines on my face, waking me up. In my opinion, in order to get a better night’s rest, so we can perform at our best, is to try to go to sleep, and get up at the same time every day. Consistently. In other words, scheduled. Just as the way you feel during your waking hours often hinges on how well you sleep at night.
