Hello Classmates, In this article, It talks about Julian B. Rotter an American psychologist. I found it interesting to learn about Rotter's theories. Rotter believed that we each have a personality that's built up over time, based on our experiences and reactions to those experiences. Thus, social learning theory states that behavior is determined by the way an individual, the personality that has developed over time, reacts to his or her environment. Of course, the environment is always changing, so the personality and behavior constantly change as well.
