The “strength” of an organization depends on the values and beliefs of an organization. The worldview, the culture and the acceptance of the organization towards people belonging from different worldviews are the main determining factors of the organization’s cultural assets. They behavior which is perpetrate across different levels of workers determines the overall strength of the organization. A company that has a strong organizational culture can show it off as their strength and furthermore will have fewer instances of infighting or external issues.
