During the year 1932, America encountered a grave crisis as the industrial output reduced drastically. Due to this reason, America confronted with a ‘Great Depression’ that a considerable impact on the society. About one fourth of the labor forces, which accounts to be fifteen million were unemployed and had no insurance of work. About 90,000 businesses failed miserably putting the functioning of the entire economy at stake. Due to this reason, the protection of the society was a thing of great worry, as at that point of time many people did not have proper accommodation.
