1. The conflict styles assessment was a really good activity and I got to know that I am primarily an Avoider. I got 83% Avoider followed by a close 82% Problem Solver. I agree with the results because in my personal and professional life, I tend to avoid issues and problems which are not important. I do not think we should jump at every opportunity to make others understand our point of views and way of life. Sometimes to solve problem effectively, we need to let go and we need to respect the other person’s opinions and values as well. Unnecessary conflicts can very well be avoided if we show empathy and compassion to each other.
