Chaos is a part of an organization because the employees of the company come from different background and qualification. As a result, there is a chance of different opinions in them. This difference of opinion gives rise to chaotic situations. As chaos is an essential part of an organization, mitigation of chaos is also a mandatory part of an organization. With the assistance of the leaders and the hierarchy, order comes in the company. A leader along with the management identifies a point where all the employees can meet (Prigogine, & Stengers, 2018).
