DQ Death and Dying
Q How do you feel about the scientific view of death as described in the From the Experts page on The Scientific Definition?
Why does the current scientific view of death provoke ethical issues?
The scientific definition of death is basically the death of the brain of a person. When the brain f a person stops working the boy of that person also stops working and scientifically the person can be considered as dead f there is no sign of physical or brain activity of that person is present. If the doctor is unable to find the pulse or heartbeat of a person the person would be considered as dead. The organs of a person stop responding after the death of a person’s brain and if the EEG machine shows a straight line then it proves that the person’s heart has stopped working and the body of the person will never be able to move again.
