Decision making however, is the process of choosing the best alternative for reaching objectives. Decisions are also often divided into 2 different types: 1. Programmed- routine and repetitive. IUK leadership has had to implement these types of decisions when dealing with the current COVID-19 pandemic. They have been challenged to find the best solutions that meet the needs of the students and institution. These are not easy decisions by any means!
