Eric Berne said: "The moment a little boy is concerned with which is a jay and which is a sparrow, he can no longer see the birds or hear them sing." Although the word discrimination can be described as the unjust treatment of people based on the differences in their gender, race, or color, its true meaning is only known to those who are victims of it. One may hear words such as discrimination or inequality often, but to him/her, it is nothing but another subject for debate. All that is being done is debate, and on the other hand, discrimination and inequality keep on increasing. It not only causes harm to an individual but also adversely impacts society.
