Ineffective communication in my professional life had been evident when I had been working in one of my previous organizations where I could not understand the reporting hierarchy of managers. 1. My communication had been ineffective in the incident because I used to report to inappropriate managers/supervisors as I never knew whom to report to. For example, if I had an issue with my leave balance I would go to a manager of any department and just ask for assistance. I could also not be able to manage my time well because of the inconsistent behavior shown by me to approach different managers at different times.
