The way that I like to study and that is effective based on what we studied in this lesson is: 1) Apply the self-reference effect: With this method you memorize personally meaningful material you can write your own notes, or words, parts of the message or information you learned. When you do this, you are building a web of retrieval cues that will help you remember the material. 2) Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse I am a fateful believer that nothing come easy, and that expertise comes through practice. This method you learn to organize and study by repeating the same information over and over until you know it well.
