After watching this video, it is distressing to realize that there are elders suffering from advanced dementia who require our assistance and attention but they have excluded in the well-maintained hospital. Dementia, the most prevalent type of which is Alzheimer's disease, is the most frightening of all the conceivable mental disorders of old age, in part because it is becoming more common as people age, in part because it has such a horrible impact on people's life, and in part because there is no cure. People with advanced dementia have difficulty concentrating and finding it difficult to perform familiar daily tasks, such as getting mixed up about the correct change, having problems to follow the conversation or identify the correct word, and being confused about time and place, which causes them to become anxious, depressed, and aggressive.
