I’ve worked in group projects and sports teams for a lot of my life and it has led me to several positive and negative experiences. Even though not every experience was perfect, the negative moments taught me what I could’ve done differently. For example, all throughout middle school, high school, college I have been involved in group activities and projects. Some of these projects resulted negatively due to certain behaviors because our group didn’t know how to correct them.
