Therefore, in this situation of turnover of WWW, there is definitely a serious problem which is being faced by WWW. This is because the attendants of WWW have a turnover rate of 65% and the custom service specialists of WWW have a turnover rate of 20% (Heneman, Judge & Kammeyer-Mueller, 2015).
