There are many points debating on the fact that the healthcare is a right. A right is something that the human being is born with. It means that human being does not have to qualify anything in order to enjoy that right. The person just requires being a citizen of United States in order to enjoy every facility that is provided by the States. The Affordable Care Act had changed a lot of the scenario of the way in which the patients are treated and in what way the expenses are handled.
