Whistle blowing is for the good of the larger number of people who are actually the population. The Whistle blowers are always guarded by the Acts called the Sarbanes’s Oxley Law and also if the person also was a part of the group that actually did the misconduct, then there is another law that protects the whistle blower. The whistle blower who is a part of the group that did the misconduct actually gets benefitted in monetary terms. These where the Dodd Frank Wall Street reform and also the consumer protection act which not only protected the person who did the whistle blowing, rather rewarded them for coming forward (Ferrell, & Fraedrich, 2015).
