The main theme of this journal article is understanding what "ethical" and "unethical leadership" are and their connected contexts. There are several antecedents, and impacts, associated. The main facts that were discussed were how ethics and leadership are innately associated with social scientific aspects, as well as dark sides of organizational behavior exhibited by certain unethical leaders.
