Q Based on the characters we’ve studied throughout this course, for the first paragraph, select one (not Jesus) who might serve as a great role model for an organizational manager or leader. Carefully and thoroughly describe why you chose that person and what a leader or manager might learn from him or her. In the second paragraph, describe how Jesus demonstrated good management and leadership characteristics and might be a good role model. Be cautious, however, because He is not just a role model for human behavior, but is primarily the Savior of believers. In the third paragraph, build a list of Biblical principles for good management and leadership based upon verses, events, and characters we’ve studied in this class.
