Now you will work to align their theories to relevant perspectives and explore the foundations of their research. This milestone will prepare you to complete Project Two in Module Seven. You will complete a Theories at a Glance table and answer two short-response questions. Prompt The following resource supports your work on the milestone: • Module Five Milestone Template Using the Module Five Milestone Template, you must address Part One and Part Two of the rubric criteria listed below: Part One: Theories at a Glance Table • Identify the appropriate perspective(s) that best relate to each theorist by inserting an ‘X’ under the appropriate perspective column. I feel the theory propounded by Maia Montessori explains aspects of biological, psychological as well as social. She was a well-known doctor and teacher who created the Montessori hypothesis. Her idea focuses on learning growth, and independence is a major tenet. Because the Montessori idea is closely related to decision-making, in my opinion, it corresponds to a psychological perspective. Today's Montessori classrooms adhere to the notion that children learn best when they are making decisions about what to learn.I feel in this case too the theory by Montessori applies as the theory has an aspect of independence that allows an individual to learn new things according to their own pace and liking.
