Q Who in your organization is a good motivator? Does motivation have to come from a person, or can an organization in itself be a motivating factor? Explain with reasoning.
In my organization, I feel my direct supervisor is a good motivator. He is a man who not only clearly sets the goals to be achieved but would encourage the entire team to work towards the goal with optimism and positive outlook. He is a man who leads by examples and is very much a part of the group he supervises. Not only does he lead by examples but is the one who provides constructive criticism in order to make the subordinates realize their error and provides a chance to rectify them.
