Q What clique are you a part of in your current organization (or a prior organization). What was the purpose of the clique? Did it accomplish its purpose? Discuss, giving reasons showing why or why not.
A clique in a work place is a small and a close-knit group of people who don't allow others to join them or be a part of their group. Cliques are common things to happen in a work place but at the same time they are harmless as well. Cliques seem to be appealing to be joined because at work the people want to associate themselves with those people who are successful in the organization and are recognized faces. If we are a part of the top-performing clique, it can give us value by the management and shows that we are team players and want to perform well too.
