The “BRIC” nations are Brazil, Russia, India, and China, such countries were the clear leaders among developing countries at the turn of the century. Today, each has run into obstacles that have limited or even stopped their economic growth due to instability in the economy, and political and social pressures (Goldstein, & Pevehouse, 2017). The economies of such countries are rapidly growing known as an emerging economy, in the global economy. The present COVID-19 situation is responsible for the obstacle to the economic growth of such countries. The limitations or challenges faced by such countries are discrimination based on religion, sex, and race. Regional discrimination is one of the biggest disparities in such countries, which is an alarming threat to the economic growth of such countries (Goldstein, & Pevehouse, 2017).
