Decentralization is the mainly defined as the process following which activities of different firms and organizations, especially the ones that are based on planning as well as the decision making concept is being distributed or has been deputized away from the central authoritative location. Generally, the concept of decentralization was first applied upon group dynamics and administrative science that is a part of private business and organizations as well. Within a decentralized organization, there usually does not exist any single central authority who would perform the responsibility of the decision making process in regards to all the other parties present.
