Several people did pass on comments over the Thirteenth Amendment, including the drafting members, the jury members. They did argue by making posts that simple language of the Thirteenth Amendment does turn out the draft to the unconstitutional ("The 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution", 2020). Personally, I do consider that, this one provision which has been written but is not clear helps me to clearly elaborate some of the significant point of difference amid two different approaches on uncertain text.
