A month back I was a part of a team in my organization and through suitable stage of team development the team was eligible to deliver its assigned tasks within the scheduled time in a proper manner. I was part of this team from the beginning, so forming stage was helpful for all of us as it helped to understand skills, interests and backgrounds of other team members, goals and timeframe of the project and individual role.
