After reviewing the seven different emphases of servant leadership in Chapter 3 of the textbook, the emphasis that was most divergent from my view about servant leadership and was most convergent is the egalitarians as I simply love about their decision-making power and capabilities. I believe that servant leadership is all about to serve the followers for helping them to grow towards a proper kind of direction. However, this particular emphasis on egalitarians are perfect for solving any kind of problems or critical situations.
