Inconsistency of Behavior

Q Have you ever worked for someone who is incredibly moody and brought it to work with them? Sometimes bosses are emotional people. If that is what you are expecting, then you learn to deal with it. Now, what about the boss who is generally calm and quiet then blows up at you out of no where? How did these behaviors make you feel? Do they foster a sense of loyalty or are they off putting?

Inconsistency of Behavior is something, which is very much difficult to cope up with in the organization. I have worked for a person in my previous organization who used to be extremely moody. If my boss who is generally calm and quiet but blows up at me about of no where that means that my boss is not having a right mood and it is kind of emotional outburst of something. Obviously, this kind of behaviour will be unfair and I will be feeling embarrassed. I would feel that my boss does not like me and this is the reasons that person suddenly blows up at me out of nowhere.
