I have learned a lot after reading all the articles and I can surely say that I will be applying all these factors when I will acquire a good position in a good company, I would definitely not want that the issues which I faced in my previous workplace. I will make sure that under my leadership, there will not be any sorts of communicating gap. It is my personal opinion that each and every department in an organization are interdependent. Therefore, they need to know what is going on in other departments. I think it is much needed for an organization of present time. A leader will have control over the followers, but I will not be a strict controller that employees got no chance to show their creativity. If I acquire a place of a team leader, I will give the employees a place to show their creativity and I will be there to monitor the process of work.
